The main advantage of nano ring extensions is their size, being almost invisible they give clients a lot of freedom to style their hair any way they choose and have a natural look and feel. So long as your client commits to regular maintenance their nano ring extensions can last for three to four months, longer than other methods.
Nano rings are also one of the least damaging types of hair extensions. No heat or chemicals are used to either apply or remove them, so the client’s natural hair is protected. Silicone lined rings also prevent damage.
A full head application of Nanos usually takes 3- 4 hours - and requires between 150-200 strands of hair, this is for when you are adding both volume and a lot of length to the hair.

They come in strands of about 1.5 inch wide, with a layer of special adhesive that is absolutely safe and very reliable.
When applied, the tape-ins lie completely flat on your head, so you’ll probably even forget they’re there the first day you’ve applied them. They look extremely natural, it’s almost like they melt together with your own natural hair.
Since the application process is not time-consuming 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how many tape-in extension sets you want to apply and they only need reapplying in 4 to 8 weeks, tape-ins are the best option when it comes to affordability versus duration.

Micro-bead extensions are attached to your own natural hair with the help of a tiny bead that is lined with silicone. This bead is open when it is placed around the hair then tightened to hold the extension in place. This method does not use any glue or bonding and is a popular type of hair extension.
It takes about 2 -3 hours to install because it's being done strand by strand. This is a medium maintenance style and should be touched up every 5-8 weeks. It will be tight on the root for a few days which may be uncomfortable for most, but it doesn't last long.
For a full head, you'll need 200 strands or 7-8 rows approx For a half head, you will need 100 strands or 3-4 rows . For a 3/4 head, you will require 150 strands or 6 rows of extensions.

Fusion hair extensions are often called pre-bonded or bonding hair extensions. This is a hair extension method where pre-tipped hair extensions are fused to individual strands of your natural hair using an adhesive like keratin glue
A strand is made of one gram of hair. A full head of Kera-Link hair is about five to nine packs of hair. This means you could have 100-180 hair extension strands or more for a full head installation. While this may vary with other extensions, this is a generally good benchmark standard for hair amounts.
These are more permanent and last much longer , not ideal for cost effective and do take more maintenance- these also can cause slight damage to the hair it not removed professionally.
